These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Forge AMK's website and AI voice receptionist service (the "Service"), operated by Forge AMK ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Forge AMK builds and operates custom AI voice agents that answer inbound calls on behalf of a Client business, qualify callers, and — where enabled — book appointments directly into the Client's calendar. After each call, the Service can send a call summary to the Client via email and/or SMS text message, and sync call data into the Client's connected CRM.
This section applies to any Client who opts in to receive SMS/text notifications from Forge AMK as part of the Service.

| Carriers | Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. |
Your phone number and any information collected for this SMS program are handled according to our Privacy Policy and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you are a Client using the Service, you are responsible for providing accurate business information, obtaining any consent required from your own customers where applicable, and using the Service in compliance with applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading communications, and not to attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the underlying voice or messaging systems.
The voice agent technology, call flows, website, and related materials are the property of Forge AMK. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that technology to you.
The Service is provided "as is." While we work to ensure high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the voice agent, messaging, or CRM sync at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge AMK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
